Simply drop by the store with your item(s) along with the original receipt or gift receipt(no returns without a Dazzle receipt) for
a full refund the exact way you paid for it (with the original receipt only) for 7 days from the date of purchase or a store credit (with the original receipt or gift receipt) for 14 days from the time of purchase. If you need a little more time, just tell the associate at the time of purchase and we'll be happy to accommodate!
Why two weeks? We offer a 14 day policy to insure that your purchase or gift is new and first quality and not out of our store and out of our control for an extended period of time.
Beginning on November 1st, we extend our policy to start on December 24th. What that means - purchases made on November 1st thru December 24th can be returned for a full refund the exact way you paid for it (with original receipt only) for 7 days from December 24th (until December 31st) or a store credit (with the original receipt or gift receipt) for 14 days from December 24th (until January 7th).
Every customer is asked if they want to include a gift receipt with a gift purchase. If the purchaser chooses not to include a gift receipt with an item, they are told that the item is "final sale" and not exchangeable or returnable. Dazzle accommodates the purchaser and cannot be held responsible for the purchaser's decision. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
